[Resource] Self-Migration vs. Migrating with a Microsoft Partner: Which Should You Do?

Written by Wesley Darling

Migrating to Office 365 gives you and your team complete access to the full Microsoft Office Suite, including all of your favorite document creation and editing tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, the powerful cloud-based collaboration and file storage platforms SharePoint and OneDrive, and the extremely popular email client Outlook. Because they're all in the Cloud, you can access your projects anytime and anywhere as long as you have an internet connection (some plans also allow you to download the Office suite for offline use).

As we discussed in the Office 365 Administrator Qualifications blog post, the cost of your Office 365 implementation highly depends on which Office 365 licensing plan you decide to use, the amount of support you want/need for your Cloud computing, and the cost of other services you may require (such as migrating from a former service to your new one).

Making an Office 365 Login Page Shortcut for iPhone and Android

Written by Wesley Darling

As mentioned in "How I almost lost my dog searching for the Office 365 Login", the process of searching for the Office 365 Portal can be a time-consuming  and potentially career-jeopardizing experience. By using Code A Site's Office 365 Login Links page, you save time by being able to select one of the large and easily identifiable icons (like Office 365 Mail) and get immediately linked to your destination. Simplify this process even more by saving our Office 365 Login Shortcuts page as a shortcut on the Home Screen of your iPhone or Android.

How I almost lost my dog trying to find the Office 365 Login

As someone constantly on the go, with meetings multiple times a day and barely a minute to stop and check my email in between them, it's ridiculous to think about how much time I waste just searching for the Office 365 Login page. I've never been a huge "bookmarks" guy, but even if I were one I'd still have to go through the arduous process of logging into my account even though I had the Office Login page bookmarked. So I just resort to Googling (or Binging, if I really feel like ruining my day) "office 365 portal" or some variation of it (like "office 365 mail login" or "office 365 email") to try and find the Login page, searching through the promoted ads, and finally getting to the Office 365 Portal -- only to be met by the friendly Login screen.

Shared Mailboxes in Office 365

Written by Louise Fahys

Shared mailboxes are a great tool for organizations that do support and customer service work.  They allow a group of people within an organization to receive and send mail from their individual email addresses, while still communicating under one group email alias, like info@codeasite.com.  This way, a group of employees can work on answering support questions without having to login to a separate account, allowing for quicker responses and better overall customer service.
